Questions About the Process, Deliverables, and What to Expect
Clear answers about the process, AI use, originality, revisions, delivery, pricing, and what is - and is not - included.
Working With Me:
How does the process work?
Once you choose the service that fits your project, you’ll answer some questions with details about your project (the brief).
From there, I review the brief, map the buyer psychology behind the project, and build the deliverable around your specific audience and goal. Depending on the service, the process may include research, AI-assisted drafting, human editing, originality checks, and revision rounds before final delivery.
You receive finished content, ready to implement and publish.
What happens after I place an order?
Once the brief is submitted, I review everything and begin the project. If anything important is missing or unclear, I may follow up with a question before starting. Your delivery timeline begins once I have the information needed to complete the work.
What if I don't know all the details about my audience, etc?
You do not need to have every detail perfectly mapped out before ordering. Many times people don’t know these details or are uncertain if their audience profile is correct.
The brief is designed to help gather the most important context, including your audience, offer, goals, tone, and direction.
If you already have source material, brand guidelines, strategy documents, voice notes, examples, or rough ideas, you can include them.
If your project needs deeper positioning, messaging, or offer clarity before content can be created, I may recommend a strategy-focused service first.
I am typically able to create content that matches your voice, your goals and will resonate with your audience with basic information from you which happens during the intake process.
Can I see examples before ordering?
Yes. Each package includes a See Examples link that takes you to related samples, so you can review the style, structure, and level of detail before choosing the right option.
How is this different from hiring a regular copywriter or content writer?
Most content writers focus on words. I focus on what words do to the human brain before a purchasing decision is made.
Every piece I produce is structured around documented behavioral psychology principles: cognitive bias, commitment sequencing, loss aversion framing, and identity-level persuasion. These are not writing techniques. They are decision science principles applied to content.
The result is not just content that reads well. It is content that moves people toward a specific action, and does it without feeling pushy or manipulative.
I've tried content marketing before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Most content marketing fails for one specific reason – it informs without persuading. It tells people what you do without triggering the psychological responses that precede a buying decision.
Generic content educates your audience. Psychology-driven content activates them. The difference shows up in conversions, not compliments.
If your previous content was not built around your audience’s specific cognitive triggers, objections, and decision patterns, it was working against you regardless of how well it was written.
Do you offer consulting or strategy sessions?
I create done-for-you marketing psychology research and content assets. I do not offer coaching, consulting, or advisory sessions.
You submit the offer, niche, content, or project details. I review the buyer psychology behind it and deliver the agreed asset, such as a research map, messaging breakdown, content rebuild, or conversion-focused content piece.
If you need ongoing guidance, weekly calls, or someone to tell you what to do next, I am not the right fit.
If you need a finished asset built from buyer psychology and conversion thinking, that is exactly what I do.
Can I contact you before ordering?
Yes. If you are unsure which service is the best fit, you can reach out before ordering.
This is especially helpful if you have a custom project, a larger content need, or you are not sure whether your current offer, messaging, or strategy is ready for content creation.
Do you offer custom projects?
Yes, depending on scope and availability.
If your project does not fit neatly into one of the listed services, you can submit an inquiry with details about what you need. I’ll review the request and let you know whether it’s a good fit, what the recommended scope would be, and what the pricing/timeline would look like.
The Process:
What types of content do you create?
I create strategic content and copy assets built around buyer psychology, clarity, and conversion.
Depending on your services, this may include website copy, landing page copy, sales page copy, email sequences, lead magnets, content briefs, blog content, content strategy, messaging strategy, offer positioning, buyer psychology research, and related marketing assets.
Each deliverable is built around the specific audience, offer, goal, and context provided in your brief.
What do I need to provide before you start?
At minimum, you’ll need to provide information about your business, audience, offer, project goal, desired tone, deliverable type, and any important details that should be included or avoided.
The intake brief will guide you through the essential things that I need, and will give you an opportunity to provide anything additional you want me to take into consideration. The brief questions are designed to be simple and streamlined for best results.
Helpful materials may include your website URL and links to your social media accounts, brand guidelines, audience insights (if you have any), sales assets like VSL or landing pages, product information, or competitor examples.
Most importantly, please indicate any concerns you have or things you absolutely DO NOT WANT your content to reflect.
Will the content be customized to my business?
Yes. Every deliverable is built around your audience, offer, goals, voice, and project brief.
I do not use generic templates, recycled frameworks, or one-size-fits-all copy. The process starts with understanding what the content needs to accomplish and who it needs to speak to.
The result is content shaped around your specific context, not filler content dressed up to look strategic.
Can you match my brand voice?
Yes, as long as you provide enough context.
The best way to help me match your voice is to include links to examples of past content, brand guidelines, website copy, emails, social posts, or any pieces that sound like your brand.
You can also share examples of what you do not want. You can also let me know if there are certain marketer’s styles you particularly like and would like to emulate in your content.
If you do not have an established brand voice yet, I can shape the tone based on your audience, offer, and positioning.
Can you help if I don't have a distinct brand voice yet?
Yes, but the right service matters.
If you already know the offer, audience, and goal, I can usually create the content from a strong brief. If you are still unclear on your positioning, offer, message, or audience, then you may need a strategy-focused service before jumping into content production.
You may want to consider the Offer Intelligence service where I do a deep dive of your actual offer to identify the ideal client, for example.
Good content depends on clear direction. If the foundation is unclear, strategy should come first.
Do you write for any industry or niche topic?
I can support many industries and niches, but not every project is the right fit.
I’m best suited for projects where buyer psychology, messaging clarity, education, positioning, or conversion matter. If your industry requires specialized technical, legal, medical, financial, or regulatory expertise, I may ask for source material or recommend that your subject matter expert review the content before publication.
I do not position content as professional legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice.
Are there any niches, topics or content types you do NOT write for?
I will not create politicallly focused content or hate speech of any kind, or anything that is substantially false or intended to mislead.
I also will not create content for school projects, thesis, or any type of papers required as part of an educational program or assignment.
If you are not sure if your content falls under any of these restrictions, please reach out to me before ordering.
How do you capture my brand voice?
Before I write a single word, I extract it.
Through your intake process I study how you already communicate – your existing content, your offers, and the identity you want your brand to project. I am looking for the deeper patterns: your authority signals, your tone under pressure.
The goal is content that sounds like you at your most persuasive – not a generic version of your industry’s voice.
AI, Originality & Quality Control:
Do you use AI to create content?
Yes. I use AI as part of my research, drafting, and content development process. However, I do not deliver raw AI output.
The difference is in how it is used.
My process utilizes a custom proprietary process structured around marketing psychology, buyer behavior, search intent, pain points, objections, persuasion flow, and conversion content architecture. AI helps me move faster through research organization, angle development, and draft creation.
Next, every deliverable is directed, reviewed, edited, refined, and finalized by me.
That means:
• I set the strategy and psychological direction
• I review the research and messaging logic
• I edit for clarity, voice, flow, and usefulness
• I check the final piece before delivery
What you receive is not a generic AI-generated draft. It is a finished content asset built through a structured human-led process.
Will my content sound like AI wrote it?
No. The goal is never to deliver content that feels generic, robotic, or obviously AI-generated.
AI-assisted drafting may be part of the workflow, but the final content is edited and refined for voice, flow, clarity, usefulness, persuasion, and audience fit.
The final deliverable should sound like a human-written, polished content asset built for your business – not a prompt response.
Will my content pass an AI detection check?
I cannot guarantee that any piece of content will pass every AI detection tool.
AI detection tools look for writing patterns, not actual AI involvement, and they can produce false positives. Because of that, I do not use AI detection scores as the measure of quality or originality.
What I can guarantee is this:
• Your content is created for your specific audience, offer, and goal
• Your content is not copied from another source
• Your content is checked for plagiarism before delivery
• Your content is reviewed, edited, and refined by a human
• No raw AI output is delivered as the final product
Originality is guaranteed. A specific AI detection score is not.
How do you make sure the content is original?
Every deliverable is built around your specific brief, audience, offer, and goal. I do not copy from competitors, reuse client work, or rely on recycled templates.
Where appropriate, I also perform originality checks using CopyLeaks before delivery so you can publish with more confidence.
If you provide source material, the content may naturally reflect the ideas, terminology, or positioning you already use, but it will be shaped into original wording and structure.
Do you fact-check the content?
I review and fact-check where needed, especially for claims, statistics, references, or specific statements that could affect credibility.
That said, if your project involves highly specialized, regulated, technical, legal, medical, financial, or compliance-sensitive information, you should have the content reviewed by an appropriate expert before publishing.
You are responsible for final approval and publication decisions.
Can you cite sources or include references?
Yes, if the project requires research-based content or source-backed claims.
If citations, links, studies, statistics, or source references are needed, please mention that in the brief. Depending on the scope, research depth and citations may affect the timeline, price, or recommended service.
Revisions, Delivery & Timelines
Are revisions included?
Yes, revision rounds are included according to the service you choose.
Revisions are intended to refine the deliverable so it matches the agreed brief, tone, direction, structure, and purpose. They are not meant to replace the original scope with a completely new project or a major change in direction after delivery.
If the brief changes significantly after the work is completed, that may require a new scope or additional fee.
What counts as a revision?
A revision includes reasonable adjustments to the delivered work, such as changes to tone, wording, structure, flow, clarity, CTA, emphasis, or alignment with the original brief.
A revision does not usually include an entirely new offer, audience, deliverable type, strategy direction, or full rewrite based on new information that was not included in the original brief.
The clearer the original brief, the smoother the revision process usually is.
How fast will I receive my content?
Each service is typically delivered in 3-5 business days. The timeline depends on the service, project complexity, and current availability.
Shorter deliverables can be completed faster, while deeper strategy, research-heavy work, multi-page assets, or larger content packages require more time.
Your timeline begins once the brief is complete and all required information has been submitted.
Can I request rush delivery?
Rush delivery may be available depending on my schedule and the project scope.
If you need something faster than the standard timeline, reach out before ordering. Rush timelines may require an additional fee and are not always available.
What format will the final content be delivered in?
Final deliverables are typically provided in a clean, organized digital document, such as a Google Doc, Word document, PDF, or another agreed format, such as MarkDown.
The delivery format depends on the service and how the content will be used. If you need a specific format, mention it in your brief.
Will you upload or publish the content for me?
In most cases, I deliver the finished content for you or your team to publish, upload, design, or implement.
If you need implementation support, such as loading website copy into a platform, formatting emails inside an ESP, or publishing blog posts, ask before ordering. This may be available as an add-on or custom service depending on the platform and scope.
Pricing, Payments & Scope:
How much does this cost?
The cost for each service is clearly indicated on the Services page.
Pricing is based on the type of deliverable, complexity, research depth, strategy needs, timeline, and level of editing or revision included.
Rush delivery and custom requests may require custom pricing.
Do you offer refunds?
Because content work requires time, research, strategy, and custom creation, completed work is generally not refundable.
If there is an issue with the delivered content, revision rounds are used to bring the deliverable closer to the agreed brief and project scope.
If your project has not yet started, cancellation options may depend on the timing and terms listed at checkout or in your agreement.
What if I choose the wrong service?
If you are unsure which service to choose, it is best to reach out before ordering.
If you order a service that does not fit your actual project need, I may recommend adjusting the scope, upgrading to a different service, or creating a custom quote. The goal is to make sure the deliverable matches what you actually need.
Can I add more deliverables after the project starts?
Yes, this happens frequently.
Additional deliverables can be added at any time for the additional fee shown on the Services page.
The timeline for newly added services will also be 3-5 days from the time I receive the project brief info, and will not impact the timeline for the original deliverables.
Content Ownership, Usage & Confidentiality:
Who owns the final content?
Once the project is completed and paid for, you own the final approved deliverable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
You can use, publish, edit, repurpose, or adapt the final content for your business.
It is 100% yours to do with as you please.
Will you share my project publicly?
I may request permission to use selected work as a portfolio example, case study, or sample, but I will not share confidential project details without your prior permission.
If your project is sensitive or private, mention that upfront so expectations are clear.
Do you sign NDAs?
I may consider NDAs depending on the project.
If an NDA is required, please mention it before ordering. Some projects may require legal review or additional discussion before work begins.
Do you keep my information confidential?
Yes. Client information, project details, internal documents, and unpublished materials are treated as confidential.
I only use the information you provide for the purpose of completing the project, unless you give permission otherwise.
Results & Expectations
Can you guarantee results?
No ethical content creator can guarantee specific business results such as sales, rankings, conversions, revenue, traffic, or leads.
Content can be strategically built to improve clarity, persuasion, usefulness, and alignment with your audience, but results depend on many factors outside the content itself — including your offer, traffic quality, pricing, funnel, audience fit, sales process, market demand, and follow-up.
What do you guarantee?
I do not guarantee sales, rankings, conversions, traffic, or specific results because those depend on factors outside the content itself, including your offer, audience, pricing, platform, traffic quality, follow-up process, and market conditions.
What I do guarantee is the standard of the deliverable.
Every project is built for your specific audience, offer, goal, and project brief. I check for originality, review the psychology and persuasion flow, and include revision rounds so the final asset matches the agreed scope.
In plain English:
• No copied content
• No recycled templates
• No raw AI output
• Originality checked before delivery
• Human review before delivery
• Revisions included within the agreed project scope
I guarantee the quality and integrity of the process — not outcomes no content creator can honestly control.
Will this content help me get more sales?
The content is created with buyer psychology, clarity, and conversion principles whihc is proven to influence buying decisions and customer behavior, but sales are influenced by more than copy alone.
Strong content can help communicate your offer more clearly, address objections, guide the reader, and support conversion. However, it works best when paired with a strong offer, relevant traffic, clear positioning, and a functional sales process.
Will this content rank on Google?
There are many factors that Google looks at when determining ranking. You will have quality, unique content which is highly prized by Google, but that may not be the only factor they consider.
If SEO is part of the project scope, I can create content with search intent, keyword direction, structure, headings, and readability in mind.
However, rankings are not guaranteed. SEO performance depends on competition, domain authority, technical SEO, backlinks, content quality, site structure, and ongoing optimization.
If SEO is important, make sure to choose or request a service that includes SEO strategy or SEO content support.
What if I do not like the first version?
If the first version does not fully match the brief, revision rounds are used to refine it.
The best way to avoid major disconnects is to provide clear direction upfront, including examples, preferences, audience details, tone guidance, and anything you do not want.
If the issue is based on a change in strategy, offer, audience, or direction after delivery, that may fall outside the original scope.
